This information statement is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (European Regulation for personal data protection) and is also inspired by provisions set forth in Directive 2022/58/EC, amended by Directive 2009/136/EC, regarding Cookies, and the Provision issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority for personal data protection on 08.05.2014, regarding cookies.

Personal data that can be subjected to processing: "Personal data": any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); a natural person is considered identifiable when they can be directly or indirectly identified, with particular reference to identification information such as a name, ID number, address information, online ID, data on the position, or one or more characteristic elements of their physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity (C26, C27, C30).

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
Data of a personal nature will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6 of EU Reg. 2016/6679, for the following purposes:

- any contact requests, with the sending of information you request - The legal basis of processing is the execution of precontractual measures adopted upon request (art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation) insofar as processing is necessary in order to provide the Service.

The provision of Personal Data for these purposes is optional, however failure to submit them may mean that the delivery of services provided by the website will not be possible.

DATA SUPPLIED BY THE USER
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact details of the Data Controller will result in the acquisition of the sender's contact data, which are necessary in order to reply, as well as all personal data included in communications.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
Data of a personal nature provided will be disclosed to recipients that will process data in their capacity as data processors (art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679) and/or in their capacity as natural persons acting under the authority of the Controller and Processor (art. 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679).

Without prejudice to communications pursued in the fulfilment of legal and contractual requirements, all collected and processed data will be exclusively disclosed for the aforementioned purposes, specified in the following categories of data subjects:

- Consultants and freelancers, also in associated form
- Authorised persons
- External processors

CONSERVATION PERIOD
In compliance with provisions set forth in art. 5 paragraph 1 lett. e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, collected personal data will be conserved in a form that enables the identification of data subjects for a time frame that does not exceed the period required to fulfil the purposes for which personal data was collected.

The data of anyone who does not purchase or use products/ services will be immediately erased even if they have previously contacted representatives of the company.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and national legislation, based on the method and within the limits set forth in regulations in force, the data subject can exercise the following rights:

  • request confirmation of the existence of personal data regarding them (right to access)
    discover the origin thereof;
  • receive intelligible communication thereof;
  • receive information on the procedure, method and purpose of processing;
  • request the updating, rectification, integration, erasure, the transformation into anonymous form, the blocking of unlawfully processed data, including those no longer necessary for the pursuit of purposes for which they are collected;
  • in the case of processing based on consent, receive own data provided to the Controller in a structured and computer-readable form, in a commonly used format by an electronic device;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with Regulating Authorities.

No automated decision-making process has been implemented.

The Data Controller has no intention of transferring personal data to a third country or international organisation.
